This add on for ACF5 adds DB field as an ACF field.
You can select data from sepecified database,table,column when edit post.

སྒྲིག་འཇུག

Copy the acf-db folder into your wp-content/plugins folder
Activate the Advanced Custom Fields: DB Field plugin via the plugins admin page
Create a new field via ACF and select the DB type
Please refer to the description for more info regarding the field type settings
