The notice will display once and will set a cookie for 730 days (2 years). The plugin
can be configured in the WordPress Admin Panel via **Settings** >> **ES Cookie Notice
Options**.

## སྒྲིག་འཇུག

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

 1. Upload `es-cookie-notice.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Configure the plugin in the WordPress Admin Panel via **Settings** >> **ES Cookie
    Notice Options**.

## FAQ

  The message isn’t styled up… Why?

Once you have activated the plugin you need to configure it. You can do this in 
the WordPress admin panel via **Settings** >> **ES Cookie Notice Options**.

  The message only appears once… Why?

Correct, the plugin sets a cookie basically saying that the notice has been seen
so don’t show it again. To see the message again simply clear your browsers cookie
cache.
