Photo Swipe with a little flare of Masonry. Worked right out of the box and even supports touch screen monitors with URL hash support. Navigating and zooming in the photo works beautifully. Better than most lightbox plugins.

Would you have any idea as to why the popup doesn’t load on click? Whenever I click an image it just goes straight to the image itself on a blank page.

Updated as I’m pretty sure I was writing on the wrong plugin author. This is a great plugin.

Based on thriveweb/photoswipe-masonry is probably the best free masonry plugin for Wordpress. Unfortunately I’m experiencing a severe bug: images are loaded both as thumbnail and full-size when page loads. This bug have been reported by other users on Wordpress 5, I hope it will be fixed.
