RegisterONE – Enterprise Event Management & Ticketing

ཞིབ་བརྗོད།

RegisterONE is a unified, enterprise level event management platform.

This plugin allows event organizers & producers to build out and embed ticketing, registration, and floor mapping into your WordPress site. Registrants can select booth locations, purchase assets, amenities and upgrades, upload documents and media files, provide e-signatures and pay for cart items. Create, deploy and manage multiple registration forms easily and efficiently from the RegisterONE platform with support for Stripe & Paypal payment gateways.

Advanced floor mapping gives you the ability to plot booths with different sizes and pricing. Advanced features include dynamic pricing and selectable areas by applicant type. You can also start the registration process with booth selection from your forward facing map.

To use, simply create and customize your forms from RegisterONE. Once completed, your form shortcodes can be found in the WordPress > Plugins > RegisterONE > Settings screen ready to add to a page to generate your forms. Data is securely captured and stored in the cloud, allowing for easy administration of applicant details, media uploads, asset orders and purchases.

You need a RegisterONE.com account to use this plugin.

Features

NEW with v3.7.0Custom booth labels, borders and fill colors added. Labels and numbers now display over each booth area with custom sizing. Borders can now be added to each area to define each area, with custom colors and width. Area fill colors can be customized based on area status (ie. Available, Reserved, Unavailable, etc). Mapping also supports booth grouping/restrictions by Applicant type (ie. Sponsors). This allows you to create one master form with one map that supports multiple applicant types with different booth areas restrictions. I was very lucky to find this plugin. I was tasked to create a website for booth management for a local festival in my city. Not only this plugin blew everything else on the market out of the water. It was easy to use and if there was any hiccups, Arie was very quick to jump in to help in any way. I can’t stress how wonderful all this experience was. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

We run an annual art festival every year. For years we were using really basic forms to manage our exhibitors. It was clunky and frustrating. I found RegisterOne on a Google search and tried it. It is easy to use, easy to set up, comprehensive and customizable for our needs. We have 5 different types of vendors including artists, merchants, food trucks, non-profit sponsors, and business sponsors as well as volunteers and preforming artists. I can charge them all based on vendor type, offer them different options for rentals and can comp fees for returning merchants or non-profit sponsors. I can also export whole lists of merchant types including their tent rental numbers and download all their media to load to our featured merchant pages on our websute for each of our vendors. Arie is always quick to respond to any question I have on a moments notice and will run through to make sure that I set things up or correct errors I made. I highly recommend this plugin/system for any event your are considering setting up. You can even load your own map and let people pick the spots they want. It is worth every penny and honestly I think he under charges. You are getting much more then you are paying for. My only tweak suggestion. I would like a customizable field in the map section so that I can add arrival times and then be able to add that custom field to an email but leave it out of the public map. 5 big fat stars for this one! THANK YOU FOR EXISTING! Steph- Webmaster at Jenkintownfest.org

The RegisterONE plugin provided our nonprofit organization with the means to move our vendor management online and onto our website, without having to burden our current team of web developers or teach them vendor management from scratch! The developer is very responsive, and quick to make fixes or updates to the app when requested. He has created a system that contains many of the functions we only dreamed of having before: our vendors can now create a profile, signup to attend our event, find required licensing documents, upload images and permits, and sign final contracts online. We really like that we can download a summary for our onsite binder, and export the data to Excel for our team records. Best of all, we can now take vendors’ fee payments with PayPal through the R1 plugin, without the need to create a complex payment gateway on our website. The plugin plays well with most Wordpress themes, making for a seamless experience for vendors on the Wordpress website. We’re only a few months away from our event, but by making it easier for our vendors to sign up with us, we’ve already doubled the numbers compared to last year at the same time. We couldn’t be more pleased with the rich functionality AND great customer support we’ve gotten so far!
