Close the website for maintenance except for logged Admin and for browser that have
set a specific cookie.

The options allow you to activate / deactivate the maintenance mode. It is also 
possible to modify the authorization cookie (name and duration). A link will also
be provided that allows access to the site via the authentication cookie.

 1. Upload `remaintenance` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 3. Go to Settings/Remaintenance options
