Allow your customers to request refunds for individual WooCommerce order items directly from their My Account page. Customers can submit a reason and optionally upload an image to support their request. Site administrators can view, approve, or reject refund requests from the order edit screen and track the request status.<\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Upload the refund-request-for-woocommerce<\/code> folder to the \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> directory.<\/li>\n
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.<\/li>\n
  3. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Refund Requests<\/strong> to configure global settings:\n\n

    • Enable Refund Requests<\/strong> \u2013 Enable or disable refund requests site-wide.<\/li>\n
    • Return Period (Days)<\/strong> \u2013 Specify the number of days after order completion during which refunds can be requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n

        Customers can now request refunds by viewing an order in My Account > Orders<\/strong> and clicking Request Refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

        Yes, you can override the Request Refund<\/code> label using the refund-request-for-woocommerce<\/code> text domain in your theme or a translation file.<\/p><\/dd>\n

        Go to WooCommerce > Orders<\/strong>, edit the desired order, and check the Refund Requests<\/strong> meta box in the sidebar.<\/p><\/dd>\n
