Mir Admin Note adds a private editorial note system to the WordPress admin area. Notes are never displayed to site visitors.

  1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/ or install the ZIP from Plugins > Add New.
  2. Activate Mir Admin Note.
  3. Open a post or page and use the Admin Notes box.
  4. Configure role access under Admin Notes > Settings.

FAQ

Can visitors see the notes?

No. Notes are only available in the WordPress admin area to users with permission.

How do mentions work?

Type a valid WordPress username after @, for example @mehran. The mentioned user receives an internal admin notification.
